Meeting and Pickup
Once you land at Cancun airport:Go to the Meeting Point: Once you exit the terminal, head toward the ground transportation area. Our representative will be waiting outside holding a sign with your name / company logo.Our meeting points are: Terminal 2 - Welcome bar Terminal 3 - Margaritaville bar Terminal 4 - Welcome barFlight Tracking: We track your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.Grace Period: We allow up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your plane lands, giving you plenty of time to clear immigration and customs.Important Note: Ignore sales representatives inside the airport hall. Please walk directly outside to meet our official staff, or contact us via WhatsApp if you need help locating us.Meeting Point InstructionsAirport Pickups: Upon exiting the airport terminal, please walk completely outside into the designated ground transportation area. Look for your driver holding a sign with your primary passenger name. Please ignore any timeshare or tour vendors inside the terminal hall and head directly outside.Hotel Pickups: Please wait at the main lobby entrance of your hotel or resort at least 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will arrive at the main bell service/valet area and call out your name.
What To Expect
Step-by-Step Transfer Experience
1. Easy Reservation: Book your ride online. You will receive an instant confirmation with your pickup details, driver information, and total fare.
2. Flight & Schedule Tracking: On your travel day, we monitor your flight status in real time. If your plane is delayed or lands early, we adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge.
3. Airport Pickup: Once you collect your luggage and clear customs, walk completely outside the terminal to the ground transportation area. Your driver will be waiting for you holding a custom sign with your name at the meeting point. If you land in multiple terminals we extra charge 10 USD.
4. Hotel / Resort Pickup: For departing flights, your driver will arrive at your hotel’s main lobby or valet area. Please be ready 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
5. Luggage Assistance & Meet-and-Greet: Your driver will greet you warmly, verify your name, and handle loading all your luggage safely into the vehicle.
6. Comfortable Ride: Relax in a clean, fully air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicle. Enjoy a direct, private ride to your destination with no unauthorized stops along the way.
7. Drop-off: Upon arrival at your destination (hotel lobby, home, or airport terminal departure gate), your driver will safely unload your bags and ensure you have all your personal belongings before wishing you a great trip.
