Hotels in Cancun - Ferry to Puerto Juárez.
Airport - Puerto Morelos and Bahía Petempich.
IMPORTANT: If you schedule incorrectly, you will need to pay the difference for the correct destination or rebook the appropriate product.
Our service is 100% PRIVATE, so you will NOT HAVE TO SHARE the vehicle with anyone else.
If your hotel or Airbnb is not listed, don't worry. When making your reservation, you can provide us with the name of your destination, and we will ensure you get there without any issues.
The private transfer is SAFE for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 8 PASSENGERS.

Meeting and Pickup
Before Your Arrival, we will contact you to provide the MEETING POINT AT THE AIRPORT.Our service is specifically designed for GROUPS arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on SEPARATE FLIGHTS ✈️ (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all your FLIGHT NUMBERS in advance so we can create a travel ITINERARY and provide you with the CORRECT MEETING POINT at no additional cost.IMPORTANT❗ If you do not inform us in advance, an additional fee of $15 USD will be charged directly at the airport for waiting time or terminal changes. The service is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY of operators and vans. It is also important to notify us of any FLIGHT CHANGES to ensure a smooth service.In our PRIVATE SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE is our top priority. We strive to provide you with a comfortable and worry-free experience, especially if you are a WOMAN, a SOLO TRAVELER, or traveling with PETS. All our VANS ARE EQUIPPED WITH GPS, ensuring your SAFETY at all times.If you need to make a STOP at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. We can confirm a STOP OF UP TO 15 MINUTES ⏱️ at no additional cost. After that time, a fee of $25 USD per additional hour will apply. This service must be PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED via email or phone, subject to the availability of our vans.SUPER IMPORTANT: Our PRICE IS PER VAN, not per person. SUPERMARKET STOPS : If you need to make a stop at a supermarket, we can offer this service for an additional cost of USD 25 per hour. Remember to BOOK IN ADVANCE.
PRECISE DESTINATION SELECTION : Make sure you SELECT THE CORRECT DESTINATION when booking. If the selected service does not match, the corresponding DIFFERENCE must be PAID to adjust it to the correct amount.
MULTIPLE TERMINAL PICKUP : For arrivals with MULTIPLE FLIGHTS, we offer pickups at different terminals for an additional fee of USD 15.
TIME TOLERANCE : For transfers and departures, a MAXIMUM TOLERANCE OF 10 MINUTES is allowed. After that time, it is considered as "NO SHOW".
