Additional Stops - If you need to stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. - One stop of up to 15 minutes is included at no cost. Pricing Policy - The price is per van, not per person. - If you have different departure times, it will be necessary to book an additional van for each schedule. - Please ensure you select the correct destination and product when booking. If the reservation does not match, the difference will be charged or the booking may not be accepted. ⏰ Departures and Transfers - Pickup time for transfers and departures will be agreed with you after booking. - A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.” - Reservation modifications (times, destinations, or service details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
