Meeting and Pickup
When you arrive at the Cancun airport and after collecting your luggage, you must exit through the door of transport companies and travel agencies. We will contact you by text message with contact instructions. It would be very helpful if you responded to the message informing us when you have already passed the filters so that we can ask your driver to wait for you just when you are ready to leave.
What To Expect
If your service is an arrival service, your driver will be waiting for you at the welcome bar of the terminal where your flight arrives, holding a paddle with your name on it. One of our advisors will be monitoring that you have already passed the immigration, customs and baggage claim filters. During the way to the hotel you can enjoy the landscape and your driver will take care of your luggage. It is a private service without stops.
