What To Expect
1. Book your private transfer and provide your flight details, airline, and hotel or destination.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with complete pickup instructions and meeting point information.
3. On the day of your arrival, we will monitor your flight to track any delays or schedule changes.
4. After landing, proceed through immigration (if applicable) and collect all your luggage.
5. Once you have collected your luggage, send us a WhatsApp message saying: "We have the luggage."
6. The operations team will confirm your assigned pickup point and dispatch your driver.
7. Follow the meeting instructions provided for your arrival terminal:
* Terminal 2 Domestic: Platform 55
* Terminal 2 International: Platform 06
* Terminal 3: Platform 70
* Terminal 4: Platform 110
8. Meet your driver holding a GetShuttle Cancun sign or a sign with your name.
9. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle.
10. Relax and enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned transfer directly to your hotel or destination without unnecessary stops.
11. Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at the main entrance of your hotel, resort, residence, or requested destination.
