Meeting and Pickup
Once you exit the terminal building, please follow the signs to the taxi & pre-booked transport pickup area. Look for our driver holding a sign with your name and the logo of our company on it.
What To Expect
Get to your hotel swiftly and effortlessly aboard our private air-conditioned vans operated by our friendly local drivers. With convenient pickup at the airport, you can avoid the hassle of planning your arrival transfer.
Additionally, make sure you secure a much better rate by booking your transportation in advance, as the prices directly at the airport are much steeper.
Once you exit the terminal building, follow the signs to the taxi & van transportation area, where your driver will greet you. Look for a sign with your name and the logo of our company on it.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Maximum waiting time is 25 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. After that, an additional charge of 250 Mexican pesos for the first hour will be applied.
- If a change of terminal is required due to the incorrect information submitted, a fee of 300 Mexican pesos will be charged.
- Changes of dates or times must be submitted up to 48 hours before the service.
- Late evening, night and early morning services (8 PM to 8 AM) are subject to a surcharge of 350 pesos payable directly to the driver.
