What To Expect
Soar 80 meters above the turquoise Caribbean Sea and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Cancun and Isla Mujeres! Each flight lasts 10 minutes of pure excitement, in a safe and comfortable harness suitable for all skill levels.
Tour duration: 2 hours 40 minutes total, including round-trip hotel transportation (30–60 minutes depending on your location).

- Use Biodegradable Sunscreen and sunglasses, bring your swimsuit and extra clothes.
- Tour subject to weather conditions
- Must be reserved by even number, it can not be reserved by odd number.

Apr 2023Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At Cool Cancun safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.
Feb 2022- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
