Enjoy the best view of Cancun's crystal clear waters, flying at 80 meters high (240 ft) as you parasail in Cancun. Our parasailing activity is always enjoyed on the seaside (not in the lagoon).  Soar the sky and amaze yourself with Cancun's matchless water colors, Cancun's hotel Zone, Isla Mujeres and Nichupté Lagoon at it's best. What To Expect

Start your experience being picked up on your hotel's lobby, we'll take you to the meeting point where your friendly staff will receive you and help you to check in.

Board the comfortable water taxi between the marina and the main boat where the parasail is launched.

Once you're in the boat, the staff will give you a short briefing and will assist you to gear up. Of course all security equipment is included on the price. The take off and landing is done on the boat automatically, you don't need to do anything- no previous experience needed.

This is a 10 to 12 minute flight at 80 meters high for up to 3 people together (as long as the total weight is less than 180 kg.). It features fantastic aerial views of the Cancun Hotel Zone, Nichupté Lagoon and Isla Mujeres. Profesional photo and video service is offered. Extraordinary Full HD pictures and video is taken from the air and from the boat. You'll be able to watch the material before and choose if you want to get it with no rush.

A:

Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a buoyancy compensator (BC) that will assist with flotation.

Q: Is there an age requirement for parasailing?
A:

Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At Cool Cancun safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.

Cool Rewards

  • Cool Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Cool Destinations. Rewards may be earned by any eligible person holding a Cool Destinations account, subject to the Cool Destinations customer Terms of Use.

Earning rewards

  • Rewards can be earned by making bookings on the Cool Destinations website. You will be able to see the value of the rewards you can earn during the booking process.
  • Earned rewards will be issued in a pending state and will move to a confirmed state 24 hours after the start time of the experience.
  • Earned rewards will be available to redeem once they are no longer in a pending state.
  • For bookings that are moved to a different travel date, the rewards will be redeemable after the amended travel date.
  • If a booking where rewards were issued is canceled, the earned rewards will not be redeemable and will be moved to a canceled state.

Redeeming rewards

  • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
  • Any available rewards will be automatically applied the next time you make a booking, and their value will be deducted from your order at checkout, unless you choose not to apply them, which requires you to indicate this via the toggle switch. Bookings made using rewards are subject to the standard Cool Destinations Customer Terms of Use.
  • You will not be able to redeem only a portion of your available rewards at checkout. It is only possible to redeem all or none of your available rewards.
  • There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If rewards are redeemed against a booking that is canceled or refunded, the rewards will be reissued to your account.
