To coordinate an excellent service, we suggest that you consider that the Airlines request to be at the Airport at least 2.5 hours before, consider this time when reserving your pick up at the Hotel, add to this time the journey from your Hotel to the Airport of Cancun which we estimate in 45 minutes. The driver will appear at the Hotel Lobby at the time indicated by you, we have a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes, after this time the unit will be removed with a full Non-Refundable charge.
