- The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
- Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
- Some activities are not recommended for people suffering from epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, or with neck and/or back problems, with recent surgeries or a history of heart problems.
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.

- Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID to verify their age as well.
- We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
- We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
- For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.4 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) are required.
- The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
- There might be changes without prior notice to the tour’s logistics or operation.
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Children under 11 years with a height greater than 1.40m must present identification to prove their age.
- This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, or spine conditions; with asthma, diabetes, or hypertension; or pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant.
- The average water temperature of the cenotes is 75 to 78° F throughout the year
- Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy
- Also be aware that due to the location of the cenotes in the middle of the jungle, cell phone service is likely unavailable
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers
