Meeting and Pickup
We offer pick up from any hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, but we also offer meeting points for travelers staying in other areas, for travelers staying in AirB&B and downtown Hotels the meeting point will be an official meetign point provide by the tour operatorThe pickup time is set according to the distance to your hotel or meeting point, The exact time is sent to you on the booking confirmation.
What To Expect
Start your journey with a comfortable round-trip transport from Playa del Carmen and Cancún to the picturesque region of Coba. Our first stop will be a Maya Village, where you'll discover their way of life, traditions, and customs, and how they've preserved them over generations. Immerse yourself in Maya botany, where you'll learn about medicinal plants and Melipona bees. You'll also participate in a workshop where you'll practice ancient Maya techniques and create your own clay piece. (All materials are included, and you get to keep your masterpiece as a souvenir.)
After the cultural activity, we’ll take you to refresh in a beautiful cenote with crystal-clear, pure waters. Formed over millennia by the magic of nature, this hidden gem offers a unique experience, immersing you in the beauty of an ancient underground world—a moment you'll remember forever
After all these activities, it’s time for Lunch. The meeting point is in front of the main lagoon in Coba, where a delicious buffet awaits, featuring typical regional dishes . Refreshing flavored water is also included.

Yes, we allow pregnant women to go on snorkeling. However, it’s crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before doing so to assess your individual health and pregnancy stage.
Jan 2022Yes, this is possible, as long as you are comfortable going into the water. All Cool Cancun snorkeling tours adhere to strict safety regulations and have been designed to be enjoyed by all.
Your safety is our #1 priority, which is why:
- You will be wearing a flotation device at all times.
- On many tours, there is a stairway from the boat into the water so you won’t have to “jump” in!
- There are trained staff in the water and watching from the boat at all times.
For these reasons, we believe that even non-swimmers can have a wonderful time on our snorkeling trips, however, the final judgment call is yours to make. Please note we do not give refunds if you decide not to snorkel on the trip.
Oct 2021The snorkel gear we use on Cool Cancun tours is high quality and for your protection, the equipment is sanitized after each use. However, if you feel more comfortable using your own snorkeling equipment, feel free to bring it on the tour. Please note, there is no discount for providing your own equipment and we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Oct 2021There are no legal age limits for snorkeling. We have found that age 5 or 6 is a good age to learn the basics of snorkeling, however, it’s entirely up to individuals to make the best choice for their family.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
