Meeting points:We offer pick up from any hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone and Costa Mujeres, but we also offer meeting points for travelers staying in other areas in Cancun, for travelers staying in AirB&B, or Downtown Hotels the meeting point will be Oasis Smart, Tulum Av.The pickup time is set according to the distance to your hotel or meeting point, The exact time is sent to you on the booking confirmation.The last Hotel where we can pick up customers is Hampton Inn By Hilton Cancun, if you are located at other hotel. If you are in a hotel passing this point mentioned, you must approach to be able to provide you with transportation.Important: You must to know the total duration are 4 hours with transportations.

Dec 2021Yes, this is possible, as long as you are comfortable going into the water. All Cool Cancun snorkeling tours adhere to strict safety regulations and have been designed to be enjoyed by all.
Your safety is our #1 priority, which is why:
- You will be wearing a flotation device at all times.
- On many tours, there is a stairway from the boat into the water so you won’t have to “jump” in!
- There are trained staff in the water and watching from the boat at all times.
For these reasons, we believe that even non-swimmers can have a wonderful time on our snorkeling trips, however, the final judgment call is yours to make. Please note we do not give refunds if you decide not to snorkel on the trip.
Oct 2021The snorkel gear we use on Cool Cancun tours is high quality and for your protection, the equipment is sanitized after each use. However, if you feel more comfortable using your own snorkeling equipment, feel free to bring it on the tour. Please note, there is no discount for providing your own equipment and we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
May 2023Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a buoyancy compensator (BC) that will assist with flotation.

Oct 2021Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At Cool Cancun safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.
Feb 2022There are no legal age limits for snorkeling. We have found that age 5 or 6 is a good age to learn the basics of snorkeling, however, it’s entirely up to individuals to make the best choice for their family.
