- Since April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico have applied security procedures that restrict entry with backpacks, luggage, and similar items. We recommend bringing only the personal belongings that are truly necessary for the visit. Small items that fit in your pockets or in a compact personal bag are the most practical option. Some exceptions may be considered, such as diaper bags, but the final decision is made directly by the security staff at the entrance. We are not responsible for any belongings that are not allowed inside the site. For this tour, travelers may leave their items inside the transportation vehicle while visiting the scheduled stops.
- This experience includes a considerable amount of walking. Comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for moving around throughout the day are recommended.
- The included lunch is served as a regional Mexican buffet. Travelers may choose from the food options available at the buffet. Vegetarian options are offered, but the meal service is not currently adaptable for other specific dietary requirements, restrictions, or preferences.
- If your reservation does not yet include a confirmed hotel or assigned meeting point, this information must be sent to our team no later than the day before the tour. From Monday to Saturday, the deadline is 21:50 hrs, GMT-5. On Sundays, the deadline is 8:00 PM, GMT-5. You may provide the information through any available contact channel. After the cutoff time, last-minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If the required hotel or meeting point details are not received on time, the booking will automatically be rescheduled to the next available date. This date change has no extra cost, penalty, or additional fee. However, once the automatic rescheduling has been applied, the reservation will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- The durations displayed in the itinerary refer to the total time assigned to each section of the tour. These times may include transportation between locations, time spent at the stop, activity time, boarding, organization, and the time needed to continue along the route or return. They should not be understood as the exact amount of time spent only inside each attraction. Please review the itinerary details for the approximate timing of the full experience.
