What To Expect
Step aboard your private 25-foot panga for a personalized deep sea fishing charter in the Caribbean waters of Puerto Morelos. This is not a shared tour—your group has the boat and captain entirely to yourselves.
Captain Mauricio, a lifelong local fisherman with over 20 years of experience, will tailor the trip to your skill level—whether you're a first-time angler or experienced fisherman.
Depending on the season, we target mahi-mahi (dorado), sailfish, snapper, grouper, barracuda, and kingfish using trolling and bottom-fishing techniques to give you the best opportunity for action.
Your charter includes rods, reels, bait, tackle, safety equipment, bottled water, and refreshing drinks. If you catch something tasty, we’ll recommend a nearby restaurant to prepare it fresh.

All trips operate at the captain’s discretion and according to National Park regulations for safety.

Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
