Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum AvenueThe pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

- In case of no show, it will not be refundable and there will be a charge for not showing up on the day of the tour or for cancellation the same day of the tour, in case of rescheduling you will have to pay the tour again
- The Palancar and Colombia reefs that we visited on the "El Cielo" tour will be closed throughout the month of September, due to the protection and care of the marine life of the natural reserve. Therefore, in its replacement, the Xhul ha and *Palancar (Herradura)* reefs will be visited.
- Infants under 3 years old, does not include food or bus seats
- The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
