Transportation Service Process Description
Booking:
The first step is to book the private transportation service. This can be done online or by phone and generally involves providing details such as the date, time, and pick-up location, the destination, the number of passengers, and flight information.
Confirmation:
Once the booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. This confirmation will include important details such as the pick-up time and reservation number.
Pick-Up:
On the agreed date and time, the private transportation driver will arrive at the pick-up location. You may receive a notification via email or text message informing you that the driver is on the way.
Greeting:
The driver will greet the passenger and assist with loading luggage into the vehicle.
Journey:
During the journey, the driver will ensure that the passenger is comfortable and safe. The driver can also provide information about the city or answer any questions the passenger may have.
Arrival:
Upon reaching the destination, the driver will help unload the luggage and assist the passenger in disembarking from the vehicle.
Payment:
