Meeting and Pickup
**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup.Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time before your service hours start to run.Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points:- Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar**Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be coordinated with the local operator, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup.Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time.

To make your travels easier and to provide you with a more seamless vacation experience, we offer convenient and affordable transportation services that quickly and efficiently takes you from the Cancun International airport to your hotel or back, if needed.
Riding our private services is often more affordable than a taxi or other transport service and we have a variety of routes to provide you with all of the flexibility that you might need. Simply book the option of your choice and your reservation will be instantly confirmed.
When you arrive at the airport and wish to be taken to your hotel, you can find our staff waiting for you with a sign with your name. When it is time to leave your hotel, you will be picked up in the lobby of your hotel.

- Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
- Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
- This a private driver service, only you and your party will travel together.
- For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.
- Please note the coverage area comprehends Cancun Downtown, Cancun Hotel Zone, Puerto Juárez, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres and Puerto Morelos only.
- The duration of your service will start once the first passenger boards the vehicle.
- The return to your hotel or original pickup location must be considered within the duration of your service.
- Our services operate from 5:00AM to 11:59PM, if your desired time falls outside these hours please reach out to confirm availability.
