Overview

We are the first and original jungle tour in wave runner in Cancun.

You will follow the tour guide in your jetski, you will drive the jetski in the lagoon side, the mangroves and later we go to the sea, where you would see the different colors of the Caribbean and later we would do snorkel (Free snorkel) at the meco reef for 30 minutes, at the end snorkeling its time to go back to the Marina.

Our tour last 2 hours:
45 minutes to go.
30 minutes of snorkeling.
45 minutes to come back.

Limited weight per jetskie 400 pounds.

The clients have to pay 20 usd per person in cash at the Marina for the dock feed.

Example:
If you are two peoples in one jetski you have to book only for two peoples.
If you want to drive only one jetski for you, you only have to book for one individual jetski.
If you only book one person you would shared the jetski with the tour guide or someone else who book another jetski.

Per schedule we can only take 10 peoples in 5 jetskis or 5 individual jetskis

What To Expect

The experience is a jungle tour in wave runner, we are located at Marina del Rey in km. 15.6 of the hotel zone Cancun. Our tour lasts 2 hours, in which you will drive your jetskie and go through the mangroves of the nichupte lagoon, then we go to the sea, where you can see the different colors of the Caribbean and we will make snorkel at the meco reef at the end snorkeling its time to go back to the Marina.

Tour times are:
• 45 minutes one way.
• 30 minutes of snorkeling.
• 45 minutes back.

You have to be half and hour before start for the check in

Q: Can I go snorkeling if I cannot swim?
A:

Yes, this is possible, as long as you are comfortable going into the water. All Cool Cancun snorkeling tours adhere to strict safety regulations and have been designed to be enjoyed by all.

Your safety is our #1 priority, which is why:

  1. You will be wearing a flotation device at all times.
  2. On many tours, there is a stairway from the boat into the water so you won’t have to “jump” in!
  3. There are trained staff in the water and watching from the boat at all times.

For these reasons, we believe that even non-swimmers can have a wonderful time on our snorkeling trips, however, the final judgment call is yours to make. Please note we do not give refunds if you decide not to snorkel on the trip.

Q: Can we use our own snorkeling gear?

The snorkel gear we use on Cool Cancun tours is high quality and for your protection, the equipment is sanitized after each use. However, if you feel more comfortable using your own snorkeling equipment, feel free to bring it on the tour. Please note, there is no discount for providing your own equipment and we can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

First-time snorkelers can be assured of one-on-one instruction and assistance. We find introducing folks to our world very rewarding!

Q: What is the age limit for snorkeling?
A:

There are no legal age limits for snorkeling. We have found that age 5 or 6 is a good age to learn the basics of snorkeling, however, it’s entirely up to individuals to make the best choice for their family.

Q: Will I get seasick on Cancun Jetski and Snorkel Adventure?
A:

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.

  • Cool Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Cool Destinations. Rewards may be earned by any eligible person holding a Cool Destinations account, subject to the Cool Destinations customer Terms of Use.

Earning rewards

  • Rewards can be earned by making bookings on the Cool Destinations website. You will be able to see the value of the rewards you can earn during the booking process.
  • Earned rewards will be issued in a pending state and will move to a confirmed state 24 hours after the start time of the experience.
  • Earned rewards will be available to redeem once they are no longer in a pending state.
  • For bookings that are moved to a different travel date, the rewards will be redeemable after the amended travel date.
  • If a booking where rewards were issued is canceled, the earned rewards will not be redeemable and will be moved to a canceled state.

Redeeming rewards

  • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
  • Any available rewards will be automatically applied the next time you make a booking, and their value will be deducted from your order at checkout, unless you choose not to apply them, which requires you to indicate this via the toggle switch. Bookings made using rewards are subject to the standard Cool Destinations Customer Terms of Use.
  • You will not be able to redeem only a portion of your available rewards at checkout. It is only possible to redeem all or none of your available rewards.
