Cancun To Holbox Ferry dock transportation Shared Services

we depart everyday from cancun aiport 4 pre scheduled times 10:15, 13:00, 15:45 and 18:00 on the shared shuttle we only pickup terminal 2 domestic.

after board the van is two hours ride to get to Chiquila Port 

last ferry to Holbox is 21:30 hrs everyday

What To Expect

All of our departures are always on schedule.  (Strict 10 minute Tolerance)

Holbox Shuttle will not make any refunds in case you miss the shuttle due to personal reasons or delays in your flight or ferry. In such cases we will try to fit you in any of our other units only if they are available at the time. Please be aware that if you miss your shuttle we have no obligation to figure out any other transportation means for your party.
Our Holbox Shuttle is a non-stop two hour drive from the moment you board our shuttle at Cancun International Airport to the port of chiquila from which you can take the ferry to Holbox Island. (Ferry Tickets are not included in your Holbox Shuttle Fee). We advise you to use the restroom before boarding. Ferries to Holbox Island usually depart every hour but there are always water taxis (small boats) for hire at the port of chiquila.

Extra Bags
Your ticket include one bag p person up to 25 kg, if yo have more than one piece of lugagge you need parchase another ticket before you bar the van, keep in mid that we reserve our rigth to take you of you have extra lugagge not reported before you get to our meeting point. Our space for lugagge is limited.

Departure Point

The departure meeting point for our Holbox Shuttle service is located In front of the "Welcome Bar" on domestic terminal #2 of Cancun Airport where a fully identified representative of our company will arrive at the scheduled time holding a sign that will read: “Holbox Shuttle by Holbox Adventure” He will assist you to board our unit once he has verified your tickets and that all the passengers in his list are there.

Keep your boarding tickets handy, as you will need them to identify your party as you board our Shuttle to the port of Chiquila.

Your ticket is only valid for the reserved time and date.

What’s included in the Holbox Shuttle Fare?Our Holbox Shuttle service fare includes only the direct non-stop shared transportation service from Cancun airport to the port of Chiquila or vice versa at the specified time and date whichever applies to your reservation.

 What’s not included in your Holbox Shuttle Fare?
Tips or gratifications to our operators are not included in your fare netiher foods or beverages of any kind or other than specified.

Luggage and Carry - on Bags
Our transportation Shuttle has been equipped for your comfort therefore your reservation includes only one 25 (kilogram) piece of regular Luggage.If you require extra space please let us know immediately to let you know how to pay for the extra space if you have extra Lugagge you need book for another ticket We take no Kate Surfing Bags Or Gear we have limited space in our lugagge compartment.

  • We depart from WELCOME BAR Located at Cancun International Airport inside terminal number 2 domestic on the Arrival area. you need be at least 10 minutes before our departure time.
  • How to Get to Terminal 2 Domestic? If Your land in a different terminal there is a free inner terminal Shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes to other terminals once you get to terminal 2 domestic next to door number 8 there is an acces with a security Guard, you need show him your shuttle reservation and he will allow you to get in to the arrival section of the terminal, walk straight untill you see the welcome bar. hits important that you know we cant collect you in another terminal please try to be on time we only wait 10 minutes after our departure time. if you are short of time you can hire a taxi from terminal to terminal to take you to our meeting point. we are not responsable for flight delays.

  • Cool Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Cool Destinations. Rewards may be earned by any eligible person holding a Cool Destinations account, subject to the Cool Destinations customer Terms of Use.

Earning rewards

  • Rewards can be earned by making bookings on the Cool Destinations website. You will be able to see the value of the rewards you can earn during the booking process.
  • Earned rewards will be issued in a pending state and will move to a confirmed state 24 hours after the start time of the experience.
  • Earned rewards will be available to redeem once they are no longer in a pending state.
  • For bookings that are moved to a different travel date, the rewards will be redeemable after the amended travel date.
  • If a booking where rewards were issued is canceled, the earned rewards will not be redeemable and will be moved to a canceled state.

Redeeming rewards

  • To redeem rewards, you must be logged into your Cool Destinations account.
  • Any available rewards will be automatically applied the next time you make a booking, and their value will be deducted from your order at checkout, unless you choose not to apply them, which requires you to indicate this via the toggle switch. Bookings made using rewards are subject to the standard Cool Destinations Customer Terms of Use.
