Pickup service is available at most hotels in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen. If your accommodation is outside the coverage area, you will be assigned the nearest confirmed meeting point. We recommend that you be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our staff will identify and assist you prior to boarding.
