Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:Cancun Meeting Point: in front the lobby Smart Cabcún by Oasis in Tulum AvenueThe pickup time is set according to your location, and starts at 04:50 am if you are in Costa Mujeres zone, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
