Meeting and Pickup
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide your exact pick-up time. Please make sure to add your hotel name to your reservation. We kindly ask you to be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before your pick-up time. Our driver, wearing a white polo and blue or khaki pants, will come to the lobby and call out your name. Please note that the driver can only wait up to 5 minutes.Pick-up services from Playa del Carmen and the Mayan Riviera are not included. Guests staying in these areas will need to arrive directly at the marina on the day of their tour.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
