Immerse yourself in the heart of the Mayan jungle in Puerto Morelos on an exciting adventure, including round-trip transportation from your hote in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, or the Riviera Maya to Playa del Carmen.
This tour is designed for adventure lovers and includes: ATV riding, horseback riding, zip lines, hanging bridges, a swim in an interactive cenote, typical regional snack, and purified water.

Meeting and Pickup
- You will receive your pickup time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm. Each hotel has a different pickup time, so please check your email, including your spam folder.- If we cannot pick you up at your accommodation, we will assign you the meeting point closest to your hotel.- Meeting points for travelers staying at Airbnbs, hotels outside our pickup area, or any location we cannot reach:- Meeting point in Cancun: Outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Avenida Tulum- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen- Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, and Puerto Aventuras: There is no pickup at any hotel or Airbnb; the meeting point is at Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen.- The pickup time is determined according to your location and tour availability.- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as their pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the One Cancun Centro meeting point.- For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability.- Depending on availability and your hotel's location, the pickup time may change.- We do not offer pickup service from Airbnbs or private addresses.
This activity ends back at the meeting point.

- Hotel pick-up times, itinerary and return time may be affected by issues beyond our control such as weather or traffic.
- Reservations made less than 14 hours in advance will be subject to availability.
- Weight limit for activities: Horseback riding 260 pounds | Ziplining 260 pounds | ATV 352 pounds
- This is a shared group guided tour and activities are done at intervals.
- This tour is NOT private, it is a shared tour and there may be lines or waiting times.
- If you arrive late or do not show up, no refund is offered.
- Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will have an extra charge of $15 per person.
- Additional charges for souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may include a 16% VAT. Any extra charges incurred during the experience are entirely separate from our company.
- Our company is not responsible for warranties or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos, and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
- Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. You should also consider the travel time to and from your hotel.
- If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers
