Meeting and Pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach:Cancun Meeting Point: Smart Cancún by Oasis over Tulum AvenuePlaya Del Carmen: Coco Bongo Playa Del CarmenTulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting pointThe pick up time is set acording to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the serviceThe 9:30 schedule pick ups start at 8:30 am, and the 12:00 pm pick ups starts at 11:00Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable.
What To Expect
Leave Cancún behind for a full day of jungle adventure in the Riviera Maya. Soar above the canopy on a zipline circuit, then take the wheel of an ATV and tackle rugged trails and muddy paths through the wild side of the jungle. Slow the pace with a horseback ride along natural trails through lush rainforest. Finish by cooling off in a semi-open cenote, once considered sacred by the ancient Maya, swimming or floating in crystal-clear waters framed by impressive rock formations. Four adventures, one unforgettable day.

- You must be 16 years old to drive the ATV, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- The maximum weight of a passenger to take part on these activities is 264lb
- In case of an odd number of people, one of them will have to pay 10 USD at check in because one person would use an individual ATV.
- We do not accept credit card of any type (AE, VISA, MC), Bring extra cash
- Use comfortable clothes and shoes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes
- If your hotel does not appear on the list, contact us to verify if we can pick you up or if we assign you a meeting point
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers
